Scheduling and Rostering administrator:

As a Scheduling and Rostering Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the scheduling and rostering of employees for a company or organization. This will involve creating and maintaining schedules, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that staffing levels are adequate, and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring employee attendance and leave requests, managing time-off requests, and ensuring that all employee records are up-to-date and accurate. You will work closely with other members of the HR team, as well as managers and supervisors in various departments, to ensure that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be familiar with scheduling software and have experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

 Handling Scheduling and Rostering functions of the company

● Responsible for the HR administration and other ongoing projects as required.

● Employees hours overviewing

● Weekly and monthly reports

The successful candidate will possess the following :

The ideal candidate should hold a diploma level of education in Human Resources Management and / or equivalent and should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Scheduling/Rostering HR role. The person shall be highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in an industrial environment will be considered an asset.
