Operational Manager

We are looking to hire a visionary Operatinal Manager to oversee our company’s ongoing operation.

The role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer. You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader.

You will optimize our company’s operating capabilities and employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction. You will also sassist in compiling the company’s budgets and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock. As the OM you will be solely responsible for the efficiency of the business.

Your goal of the role is to secure the functionality of business to be able to drive extensive and sustainable growth.


  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures;
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth;
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision;
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of the team;
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance;
  • Participate in expansion activities;
  • Manage relationships with clients and vendors;
  • Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction;
  • Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction, retention and company goals;
  • Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses;
  • Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes;
  • Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports;
  • Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices;
  • Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures;
  • Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision;


  • Proven experience as Operational Manager or a relevant similar role;
  • In-depth knowledge of the various business functions such as HR, finance, marketing etc;
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development;
  • Experience in a fast growing operation will be considered as a plus;
  • Possess outstanding organizational and leadership abilities;
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
  • Three years working experience in a similar position;
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in a complex structure will be considered an asset;
  • Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership;
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels;
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • A problem-solving mindest.
