On-field Operator (Supervisor)

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the day to day operations
  • Conduct on-site visits to ensure Company cleaning standards are met at all times
  • Supervise, train and motivate subordinate team members
  • Identify poor performers and follow up with additional training as required
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Head Supervisor on a day-to-day basis
  • Deal with clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Be highly knowledgeable on products and services offered by the Company
  • Keep a log of materials used; raise requests for re-ordering
  • Be Company ambassadors by communicating and building strong business relationships with customers
  • Raise reports for disciplinary action to be taken by superior
