Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to ensure a pristine environment
Clean and sanitise restrooms, ensuring that all fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces are spotless and germ-free.
Handle specialised cleaning tasks, such as window washing, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance, using appropriate tools and techniques.
Follow established protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
Restock and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are always readily available for use.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to efficiently schedule and coordinate cleaning activities.
Communicate effectively with clients to address any specific cleaning needs or requests, ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working in sensitive areas or handling confidential information.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Requirements
Proven experience in professional cleaning or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with various cleaning tools, chemicals, and techniques is advantageous.
